Our 8D8W program is essential for many reasons. We incorporate different training techniques along with speed and agility drills to develop a complete athlete. This program is only once a week which makes it ideal for a current or soon to be teammate. This is one of the best around due to the variety of skills and drills that will improve every player’s game.
It's popularity is due to experienced staff, drill, and competitive edge among players. We will be incorporating ball-handling, shooting, passing, pick-n-roll, and several game situation moves. Tennis balls, 3lb exercise balls, and cones will be used in some of the drills as the Pros do. Don’t Miss it!
Semi Private Workouts 2016
This will not be your average "dribble here -then- dribble there workout". You will be put through a series of drills that coach Tarik used during his tenure as a Div.1 and professional basketball player. There are only a few slots per workout on a first come first server basis, so don't wait until the last minute.
Cone pickups, tennis ball catches, pulling up off of the dribble, and several other techniques to enhance your skills on the court.
